WARRANTY CONFIRMING QUALITY
Every DOVRE product is covered by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. By registering your appliance, you can obtain an additional 10-year warranty on the cast-iron body (applicable only to cast-iron components that do not come into direct contact with fire). This warranty confirms the durability, high-quality craftsmanship, and confidence we place in our products.

5-year standard warranty on eligible cast iron parts, plus a 10-year extension upon registration. The clearest warranty terms on the cast iron heating market — with no hidden clauses about intensity of use. Electronic and mechanical parts are covered by a separate 2-year standard warranty, which is not extended. (*) Eligible cast iron parts are those that do not come into direct contact with fire. The extension does not cover parts in direct contact with fire, or electronic and mechanical parts.

5 years from the date of purchase on eligible cast iron parts — those that do not come into direct contact with fire — covering manufacturing defects. This 5-year coverage does not apply to electronic or mechanical parts. 2 years from the date of purchase on electronic parts (fan, speed controller, temperature sensor, gas assembly, etc.) and mechanical parts (handles, hinges, etc.). The warranty applies provided the appliance is used in accordance with its intended purpose and the recommendations in the user manual. The warranty does not cover glass or consumable parts subject to natural wear, such as gaskets, vermiculite boards, internal cast iron combustion chamber plates, and other parts that wear during normal operation.
